FAQ

Library Management

How do I add my music to Jewelcase?

All music is stored in the Jewelcase folder in Files. You can transfer your library from another app on your device, from a cloud storage provider that integrates with Files, or from a PC using Finder/iTunes. Third-party apps like Möbius Sync can also be used to automatically sync files.

How do I import a playlist?

Jewelcase supports M3U/M3U8 playlists placed anywhere in the app’s folder.

I added some music to my library but it’s not showing up.

You can manually update the library by pressing the settings cog on the main Library tab, then select Library > Quick Scan.

How do I select album cover art?

If an album has multiple images in its folder, you can select which one should be its cover art by opening the album and either tapping on the cover, or by opening the menu and pressing Choose Cover Art. If this option does not appear, then Jewelcase has not detected any other cover art.
